Graphics rendering issues

Framerate is good. Best it has been.

I have tried changing all of the above. None of them fix the issue.

Issue description:
Monsters and their skill effects do not render or render very slowly. Non-exhaustive list of examples:
Breach monsters - The monsters in breach are most commonly missing. I can only see the red dots or the magic/rare glow.
Vruun boss in unstable breach - Usually weapon and skill effects do not render, however, I have completed the fight without seeing the boss either.
Expedition - markers, explosive radius indicator (green)
Harvest - Plants near the sprinkler do not render. Monsters usually do.
Monsters and their skills just in general - bearer explosions, temporal bubble, mana siphoner ring are the most commonly missing things.
Bosses in Maven encounter - Have completed the encounter without seeing a single boss. Their skills render better.
Curse indicators - my curse signs are not visible although enemy is cursed. This usually goes away after a while in map/encounter.


This is the first league I have encountered this issue and as mentioned it persists through changing the settings to lower and changing the renderer, which was the only suggestion I found online.

Usually it gets better with time in maps, but not always.

Just died on HC to this. Sirus meteor mazes and the exit indicators did not render. Died to meteor as I could not escape.

Also forgot to add that this is on standalone client.
