I missed a Heatshiver with 90% Incr mana reservation

Hello,

I was playing POE and made some gambles. I bought several Heatshiver and corrupted them until I got 90% Mana reservation. For some reason, when I returned to the game, the helmet was gone from my inventory, as were the orbs I had used in the process. Could you please check what happened to my item?
