Poisonous Concoctio

I am playing Poisous Conc and it is not working correctly it shyould be firing about 5 - 6 projectiles but is only firing 1
My character is AnsPosConC
it has Gems PC + Volley
Fury Valve Turquiose Amulet
+ Multishot from the tree
