Controller UI feedback

I want to expose my situation to point out a problem. This is not criticism out of anger but instead is criticism I do out of surprise of the controller UI while playing on pc.

I'm a player wich I played about 70-90% of the leagues since ambush league, i have seen worse in the same game and I'm aware it improved a lot during the years. Lately GGG focused more on QoL features wich cannot be overstaded if I say they did a magnificent work.

With that being said, in my case I got hurt on my dominant arm (can move the hand fine but the arm cannot be moved) and I can't play on the pc for any normal period of time, with this league I thought, I could play with a controller because just in this league i could completely avoid the hassle of trading with people, and until this part it's all fine.

The problem i found out outragerous is that on a T1 map on a breach i got "too much loot", in reality it only was junk but my screen was partially full of items. So much loot that on a controller selecting wich item you want to take i got into being unable to pick something because the item label was too far from the item placement, if you select the item label the caracter doesn't move and cant reach the item, when i got on top of the item, the item label to select the item and pick it up was so far i couldn't select it. Maybe it is a way on controller to activate or deactivate the filter so everything resets and then works, i couldn't find the combination of buttons to do that.
On controller not making the caracter to move when you select the item to pick up is stupid, this should be an "easy" fix for this specific problem, but the real problem is much bigger than this.

The real problem is the whole controller UI, combat whise, only having 4 abilities on a 1 buton command is too low, pc has 8, and if you press shift it has another 8. Controller has 4, and if you press one buton has another 4, and if you press ANOTHER button you have another 4, and if you press both additional buttons you have 8. This is not practical, controller should be easy to use.
Selecting items to pick up is hard, looting is hard on a looting game... i can't understand it.

Tree passives are also a problem, i spent too much time(few minutes, even had to take a break because it was ridiculous) trying to select a passive point to allocate just because the joystick is straight unrelaiable moving through the passive tree. This game is known for their passive trees and i'm not taking the skill issue statement on selecting a passive point to allocate.

I'm sure there are more problems on this topic, but i'm not going to figure all them out. Instead i will try to become left handed because i want to play this game, this is not a joke. It's better to play with your not dominant hand than playing with a controller. I suggest GGG to copy Last Epoch on this and redo most of controller UI. Consider not having to reconnect to change from controller to keboard+mouse and viceversa please.

As a selling point for adressing this issue, boost QoL on controller may increase casual gamers. This is what i think, i may be wrong.

PD:It's been a pain to write all this with my left... i feel like when i was learning to type as a kid. Please GGG notice this.

Forgot to add this, having a skill on the same comand as the interaction command is a critical sin of UI, what if i want to pick up an item and the character uses a skill instead? not fun, and the other way is also not fun. Out of the 4 magestic buttons controller has to use skills 1 should be avoided, and if you use the strange combinations you need to use to use a fifth skill, this nice oversight repeats 3 additional times. on controller you have 20 skill slots and you shouldn't try to use 4 of them.

Pc has 16 slots wich you shouldn't use 1 of them (left click) the way it is now. In the past before adding automation support gem you could "automate" 1 instant skill. Even with the argument that you added a skill to nerf this skill slot i dislike that change.
