Textures not load

Hello, good day. I wanted to ask how to solve my problem — I’m experiencing issues with texture loading. The textures on some sides take a few minutes to load, but when I restart the game, the cached textures disappear. Is there any solution for this?

Kinda have the same issue, i'm playing on gforce now and most of time i'm hitting red bar without any texture ... It feel a bit sad
