Anyone else experiencing permanent ping spikes? is there a fix?

Hi there,

I've been experiencing very bad ping spikes all league now. At this point, I am considering to just quit the league.

anyways, what i tried so far:

switching renderer (directx12 works best for me)
clearing temp files
switching networking mode to predictive
lowering a metric ton of settings

Are there any other things I could try to make it run? PoE is the only game acting up.

Please show us an MTR log created while experiencing the issue.

Preferably as a link to it over on Pastebin.
