BSOD 5 times while playing, once needed a hard reboot (AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT)

This league I've had 5 BSODs exclusively while playing POE.

This happened one instance on reaching Lion's Eye for the first time (on 3rd of november)
This happened three instances on opening my personal stash in my hideout (6th, 7th and 8th of november)
This happened one instance while in the 'Residence' map (8th of november)

I've looked at POE logs and there's nothing catching this event.

Other games I've played during this period (Life is Strange, Path of Exile) nor other stuff I've done has led to any of this.

Looking here seems like others are experiencing similar(-ish) issues.

Setup:
AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
ASUS TUF B650-PLUS WIFI
AND Ryzen 5 9600X 6-core, 3.900 Mhz

I've already done all I can as far as my technical knowledge goes (BIOS Update, Clean install drivers, Verify integrity of game files, temps are perfect,...

After playing since closed beta and (only on steam since I played stand-alone client for a long time) 2.8k+ hours played I'm hoping to get some answers here.
