nerf burial chambers boss or buff other map bosses

the burial chambers boss is 100x more difficult than any other map boss of the same tier (or really just any other map boss - regardless of tier), due to (the obvious reasons:) soul eater + constant respawns + corpse explosions.

just design wise it doesn't make sense to have one map boss stand out this much in difficulty while all the others fall over like they are nothing.

i havent been playing poe for sometime.

i totally forgot that i had a notepad file of a list of maps to FUCKING AVOID.

i only do those maps for atlas bonuses and are to fucking avoid them FOREVER.

burial chambers is one of them.

i believe she has been FUCKING BUFFED.

previously the way i do her is to quickly move to her and burst her down, ignoring all her mobs so she gets zero stacks.

NOPE. she fucking deletes her mobs so she gains stacks.

WTF SHIT BITCHING MECHANIC IS THAT.

i still havent cleared her and i failed the map as she kept eating.

there are many mods that i fucking hate in poe. soul eater is one of them. pretty nice to have as a player. but for a player to face? fucking shit.

as much as i m enjoying poe now, so many things like this are a reminder of why i stopped playing poe to begin with.

Agreed. Burial Chamber boss is harder than most of the pinnacle bosses.
I love Soul Eater Alira though... She's got so much spice.
Yeeah every time I do my maven quest, if Burial Chambers is a red map I make sure to never maven it and run it with easy mods, just go in and out and never touch that map again after I've gotten my skill point from it lmao

-1 on -1. we dont need bullshit mechanics. the only thing wrong with her is her soul eater mod.

the only time i like soul eater is if im eating souls.

the amount of happiness i get from eating a soul is directly inverse from when a monsters eats a soul.

there are actually many ways to deal with the boss directly. and most of them are practically bursting her down to oblivion before she gets too strong. its nothing interesting and just purely frustrating if you're playing trumelee as trading hits with a well fed soul eater is definitely not ideal.

what skill is there when the only skill you need is DPS? lmao

remember vorici missions? does any one really love the missions where you kill specifically the target any nothing else.

definitely a player would sufficient skill can do that. definitely a skill issue.

but when his missions were removed. almost everyone rejoiced.

i m guessing there are some grumpy gamers that would be unhappy and just say its a skill issue and would have preferred to keep it in the game.
