Reduce the number of notifications from Kingsmarch mappers

Currently players receive a notification every time a map in Kingsmarch is completed. This is noisy and not particularly helpful. I don't need to know every time a map is completed, and I don't need 36 notifications when I log in for the day.

Suggested fix: Instead of one notification per map, only show a notification when all maps on a map device are complete.
