connection problem

HUG spike/lag occurs due to connection issues on your end.

This all started after one of your staff repeatedly asked me to change my account name; my old name was “allahuakbar.”

I understand you can set naming rules, but if the intent is to exclude Muslims, this should be clearly stated before installation.

For the record, the issue is on your end—I’ve tested on Windows and Linux, and everything else works fine. on linux i tested everything possible.

You would need to post an MTR log for them to be able to investigate this.
