Sudden lag spikes. PLZ HELP

Till yesterday got a steady 43ms, from today onwards 240+ms.
had to get a third party app to help with the ping when its running I am back to 43 when its stopped its back to 240+.
Same sever always.
And more Map instances keep bricking.
PLZ HELP
