Option to disable Skill Bar auto-fill

Please add an option to disable skills auto-filling spaces on the skill bar when socketed for the first time.

Some people may like this behavior. It should probably even be on by default for new players. But somewhere in settings, please add an option to disable this for those players who would like empty spaces on their bar to remain empty when swapping around gems.

Agreed. Would be a nice qol option, especially on controller
