"Dont know which base you want it on but with Fossils you may be able to get it easier. And if the base isnt expensive with PoE2 recomb it may be relatively cheap to extract. See: https://www.craftofexile.com for first (getting it) step. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

I need it on a fractured base ._.

What exactly are you trying to get (i.e. what's your base and fracture)? Maybe there's a better way to do it.
