multi dc....log file says: Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance

so as the title says, the game keeps dc and sends me back to the log in screen all the time, checked the firewall and every thing is fine on my end.
while lvling this is kinda fine but doing maps and losing portals is a nightmare tbh.
at this stage it is not playable.

it happens the same for me since november 4 ... no answers from devs or CMs ...

Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance - usually means that the instance on the server crashed, or is inaccessible. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do to prevent it happening.

Try creating a new instance by CTRL+click on the waypoint/doorway.

If you can't login, then try logging into a different server and see if that at least allows you to login.

i usually do even tho sometimes i still dc doing it lmao, but when uisng the map device this ctrl+click on it doesnt work and losing 4 portals is srsly stressful. it is unplayable at this stage...

Been getting lots of these "failed to connect to instance" lately myself, across amsterdam, stockholm, london and milan. Anybody seen support say anything about it? ddos episode maybe?
Edit: Tried most other servers too, same issue, i cant even finish an act without getting booted off at least three times, everything was fine a couple days ago man, what's going on?

I've been having the same issues since a patch after the first week. I tried all servers on the NA realm and it was persistent for all. It's like the server times out when a new instance is created, then the time-out kicks you to the log-in screen.

Yesterday i swapped from Vulkan back to DirectX 12 and haven't had it happen since.

Not likely a solve for everyone, but it may help someone.
