Can't Log Into the Game on My Mac – Keeps Showing an Error Message

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to log into the game on my Mac, but every time I do, I get an error message and can’t get past it. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error so you can see exactly what’s happening.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:

- Reinstalled the game multiple times
- Restarted my Mac several times
- Checked for updates on both the game and my system

Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the issue. It also seems like the game isn’t updating automatically — and even when I completely uninstall and download it again, it still doesn’t come with the latest version. So I’m wondering if that might be part of the problem.

My Mac setup:
Processor: 3.6 GHz Intel Core i9 (10-Core)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT (8 GB)
Memory: 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
macOS: Sequoia 15.7.1 (24G231)

If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows what might be causing it, I’d really appreciate any advice or solutions.
