1000+ MS Ping spikes every few minutes

Hello,

Receiving very large ping spikes over 1000ms for a few seconds which completely freezes the gameplay and then rubberbands back to what is actually happening.



Here are my WinMTR results not sure if this is possibly on mine or my ISP end but any help is appreciated!

After restart I have very similar results, 1%~ after router and then very high on those few hops and 1% at the end.

That 1% definitely seems to correlate with my ping issues in game since every time I lag, its missing a packet in MTR.

I do use a separate router/modem so I'm not sure if that 2nd hop is supposed to show router > modem > ISP or not?

Does this minor packet loss seem to be my equipment (modem/router/etc) or is it more likely something my ISP will need to fix?
