game kick=lost map

I currently was doing t17 maps when suddenly i got kicked out i remembered i still had 3 portals up but after i logged back in(it took few seconds not more)
the portals disappeared and map was lost, i tried again and lost another map+scarabs this way, whats happening can i get a refund of this or something?
Never experienced similiar problems my internet connection is decent same as computer. Please help:)

The instance on the server crashed. Nothing can be returned to you. Which server are you playing on?

im playing on milan server it kicks me out every few seconds now

Try a different server, Milan seems to be FUBAR.

Frankfurt server has this issue too

Had the same problem.
Was running a map, got "Game server lost contact with the realm" and lost all portals, map and loot that I already had.
While I was searching for any info in here the game got the same error again.

Other games I've played would somehow compensate players and say something when these things happens.
From what I´ve searched it seems in this game the only thing we have is to post here, like the "Great Wall of Sorrows" :(
I don't even get an information saying if the server is having problems and I need to change or any other type of infornation

i have tried every european server and it happens everywhere. probably best to skip playing the game for today

guess i gotta try other day
