Remove attack mods from caster wands now that we have attack wand bases!

With the introduction of attack wand bases, crafting caster wands is just needlessly harder.

A large pain point of the phys leeched as mana and life on caster wands for example.

That implicit meta-mod does seem very strong, but I do agree that wands have more mods that can roll in their pool than most other items, which does make them excessively difficult to craft without meta-mods.

Staffs have the same treatment from GGG, they can roll caster/attack mods as well, which can make it quite difficult to roll a raw phys staff, on anything except for a war-staff base.

Which is sort of a kinetic wand base, but with the inherent ability that it cannot roll caster mods, it is not stated on the item but rather implied by the name.

It begs the question of them adding another wand base with the implicit "Cannot roll attack mods" they would also perhaps make that a very rare heist base to make them feel a bit more "special" because there are no base weapons in the game which can solely roll caster mods, but there are plenty of weapons which can only roll attack mods, which does seem odd
Caster wands already have good implicits with % spell damage or flat damage. If you were to introduce this for caster wands, they should be separate bases that have "Can only roll caster mods" as an implicit instead. They should also have a steep Intelligence requirement to make up for that power
