Operation timeout inventory deleted

Was in hive, game crashed showing operation timeout just now. Couldn't get in, with same message. After logging in, my inventory is emptied, map deleted, exp roll back. Had couple of drops that I wanted, can this be restored?

This sounds like the instance on the server crashed. When that happens, you get rolled back to the last server save point. Nothing can or will be restored.
