option to always show mod tiers and advanced tooltips while using a crafting currency

it would be nice, something like the harvest chance where it always shows the mods while using the bench so you don't have to hover over the item after each craft.

but this would stop us from having to press alt to check the tiers after each craft. would be especially good for alter spamming which i do a lot and it's a lot of unnecessary "press alt to make sure it's a bad tier".
