Dual Strike Occulist Mana Stacker 3.27 CI 74/74 Block - All Ubers

Hi, I would like to show off with my new off meta build.
It's a very good all rounder possible to do all map mods (no leech could be annoying) and kill all ubers

- 6.7 k CI ES
- 74/74 block
- insta leech + 6-10% ES regen
- strikes 4-5 targets at once + melee splash and possible explode from ascendancy or claw
- dual wielding witch!

I have some luxury items but of course they are not mandatory!
Belt can be replaced with rare or Graven's Secret
