Latency issues with certain instances

As in title,

every other map - i got much higher ping - 200-1000 instead of usual 30,
with occasional instances spiking to 15000+

This occures mostly in afternoons, morning and mid day seems to be OK.

Just tried to get to wetlands, like into over 10 new instances... all were unplayable ....

and it was ok for last few
