"Endgame" is getting worse with every patch

Before jumping to conclusion, no I do not mean the current amount of "juicing" that is possible. Neither do I have a bone to pick with high end farming. My main concern is progression trough the endgame and the state of endgame "juicing".

Problem #1
T16-16.5-17
Yep. Ofc its these maps. So what is the problem? Well the 1-15. At this point there is little to no reason to ever run a map below T16. Most mechanics do not even work if you run anything below T16 or have their potential rewards cut drastically (beastiary does not spawn expensive beasts for example).

Solution? No easy one. Reworking tiers on items would be a help, if there was a more drastic rift between items and the tiers of mods they can roll. If I can get the best glove base in T5s there would at least be some progression low lvl/weak characters can get. Right now, the only item base that can roll reasonably good stats at low lvl is rings. That is it, everything else forces you into T16s+.

Problem #2
Scarabs.
Less and less power is on the atlas tree. Yes, there are really good nodes on there, but they are multipliers and you need scarabs to make them work in nearly every single case. There used to be few strategies like essence, which were "ok" at best, and they got severely nerfed if used without scarabs.
Imo, you need a balance, there should be strategies which are strong without scarabs, and there should be strategies that are strong with them. Currently, its leaning more and more towards scarabs or bust.

Solution? Remove certain league mechanic scarabs, and power up the nodes on the tree for those mechanics specifically. Have it be a choice, between a very heavily invested (into one mechanic) atlas tree, or an atlas tree that can pick up 2-3 synergistic strategies and multiply them with scarabs.

Problem #3
Too many map tiers.
Yes. There it is. I said it.
Is there a difference between running a T3 and a T4 map? Is there maybe a difference between running a T12 and a T13? If there is I have yet to notice them. And sustain issues have not been a thing in around 5 years.

Solution?
Cut out at least 4-5 tiers. The whole voidstone system is designed in such a way that most people on trade get their 2-4 stones on the first week and nobody realizes that maps below T16 exists unless you are rerolling. Even if the tiers get condensed into 1-4 5-8 9-12. That alone would reduce how much little finicky map handling and filter adjusting you have to do. And lets be real, the map tiers are absolutely arbitrary, if T1 maps started at ilvl 69 nobody would notice.

Its not all bad. I do think that mapping is something that does draw more ire from me than other mechanics, as other mechanics you can gradually change the difficulty without having to resort to consumable items or much interaction with other traders. Delve, you pick a depth and go at it, heist, you run whatever heists you like (I dislike the changes to the identity of grand heists as it gives people less choice), blight might not be for everyone but once again, it is a very self contained mechanic where you tweak the difficulty with the currency it provides.
So if there are all these alternatives, why am I upset? Well because for a long time now, all these alternatives have been slowly getting nerfed. Heist currency nerfs, mixed grand heists and such, delve has had a lot of unique modifiers removed over the years, and barely drops any gold now, sanctum got nuked in the last patches. So might as well throw out some opinions and hope we get some goodies for non mapping options, or hell, mapping options without scarab use.
