Breach delayed drop rewards should be a thing for all events.

i m looking particularly at delirium. doing the delirium waves, its similar to the current breach mechanic.

kill like fuck and just focus on staying alive/killing. at the end you get a loot explosion. THEN and only THEN do you worry about loot.

and damn those the explosion feel so good. theres TONS of stuff, and that delayed explosion to me feels more satisfying than dropping rubbish mixed with good stuff in little quantities multiple times.

loot filters are crucial but its still good.

that said, one reason why i have a love hate relationship with delirium is exactly this.

i have minor OCD. i pick up stupid shit like id scrolls even tho i have a thousand in stash. on std i have so many that i wish i could just delete the removable stash tabs directly.

i do get delirium is an overlay where it interacts with both regular gameplay and its own thing. but still. i would argue that while delirium is up. ALL items should get sucked into the delirium fog, and be spat out at the end of the encounter.

the biggest issue would be the mega juicers. this could make the mega juicers map crash as one space cant hold that many things.

even tho i foresee that as a potential issue i still prefer it breach's way.

alva does it. delirium does it in simulacrum. blight does it. breach 2.0 does it.

when i originally started this post, i put the title as for "timed" events. but now that i m writing it, i realize that it simply feels better for ALL events.

when i m doing harvest. i need to actively turn off my loot as sometimes the floor will be cluttered. its frustrating. sometimes i get excited when a divine drops while doing the encounter that i get distracted enough to not notice something about to blow up in my face. i know my bad but still...

just suck it all in and wait till the end.

if we're going to compromise and make it only suck items dropped by a particular leagues event. i ll happily take that compromise too. deli monsters dont drop anything but is released at the end. i ll be happy with that too, coz it still is less distracting.
