Reflexes anoint bug??

I had quickstep on an amulet, worked fine. Changed to reflexes (black/silver/gold) and it does nothing... Looking at the tree i can't even see it as a node?
Note that 'iron reflexes' is a completely different thing.

Has this been removed from the game hence why it wont read? if so the annoint also needs to go.

Either way im out the three oils and that used all my savings to buy... so yeah this sux.

Reflexes requires Azure, Black and Golden oils. It definitely does still exist on the skill tree.
