Game is unplayable due to lag spikes, and GGG is doing nothing about it.

EU Realms, evening hours, ping spikes from 50 to 1k. sometimes ramps up to tens of thousands, and GGG just casually ignores the problem. Really cool GGG, really cool. We like your game, we buy your supporter packs, but it seems that is not enough for you to care about the player experience

and yea it is horrible this season. never had this much problems with connectivity unplayable. i called my provider twice, but everything is fine.
streaming, other games, everything works like a charm. all but poe.
