Existing Characters Won't Load

I have 2 Characters for this season - Merc and Witch. Suddenly. out of nowhere, these 2 characters just won't load. I was in the middle of the game with my Witch, then the game just blacked out and restarted. After that, I can't load the character anymore. I tried creating a new character and it is working but when i switch to the 2 existing characters they just wont load and is just stuck in the loading screen with the 2 gears just rotating endlessly.

I tried re-verifying the game files, restarting etc. and the 2 characters just go to the loading screen and wont just go through. Are you able to help on this?
