Equip Two Mana Flasks

Does anyone know how these stormweavers manage to equip two mana Flasks? I tried Waistgate Heavy Belt but one of the Mana flask got grayed out after I changed to other belt

" I finally figured it out. It's for the Support Gem "Ambrosia," which consumes charges from both mana flasks to grant more lightning damage. |
