I think one of them might need the breech bosses, have you done that encounter yet?

I don't do any old-fashion breach boss yet ( those from x100 splinters )

Those don't exist in Keepers of the Flame league. There were some ways to get splinters, but those weren't intentional.

You get a boss encounter by opening a map with a Hivebrain Gland in the map device. And yes, that encounter does drop a part for the Genesis tree.
