Network spikes on any instance / server.

Hi,

Based in the EU. Have constant network spikes in any instance, and when connected to any server. Only seems to happen while playing POE. Followed tech support guide, just looking for some advice.

The problem is one of packet loss creeping in between your computer and your router.
