Constant crashing due to Impale/newly spawned mobs.

Experiencing constant crashing and I suspect it is due to my cyclone/Impale build it is most noticable in Heist and I cannot complete a single heist because of it
I have a video for reference here, as soon as the mobs start spawning and I hit them the game freezes and crashes. It also happens with some ritual altars.

My current specs are:

GPU Nvidia RTX 3060
CPU: Intel i5 10400F
RAM 16GB

Currently playing with the following settings:

Renderer: Vulkan
Res: 3840x2160
Everything is Disabled or set to Low or Medium
Upscale is Biliniear
Filtering is set to 2x

I tried nearly all combination of settings but this still persists.

Please help I really want to farm heist this league.
