Add an option to hide merchant/exchange/kingsmarch notifications

This came to mind upon selling maps on the merchant; sometimes people come in and buy 40 maps at once and the notifications just take half the screen while im mapping or handling my inventory and it is kinda of disrupting/annoying. Would be nice to have an option to dnd these notifications.
