Can't do Searing exarch fight because it does not render. Fight is impossible if you can't see

I can't do the searing exarch fight because of lag and rendering issues. None of the spell, not even the balls render. I just get hit by everything because it's all invisible. I've never seen nothing like this in the 3 1/2 years I've played. My ISP is running great and my PS4 is hardwired....Please fix this we have been complaining about lag and rendering issues this entire season.... This fight is not doable for me because of this. GGG wont acknowledge this because they know there is a problem that they don't care about. They will take our money but they don't care about PS4 players. It's obvious.
