GABECUBE & THE GOD FORSAKEN OPTIMIZATION

I BET THE GABECUBE WON'T HANDLE A PARTY OF 5 PLAYERS RUNNING T15 MAPS.

THE XBOX SERIES X & PS5 PRO ARE NOT HANDLING THESE STANCES, I DOUBT GABECUBE WILL DO BETTER.

ITS BEEN 1 YEAR AND WE ARE NOT SEEING ANY LIGHT ON THE GAME OPTIMIZATION. ALL OTHER AAA HEAVY GAMES ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY EXCEPT POE2 🤡

I think your caps button is stuck.

I was curious about how this app worked for PoE2 on my SteamDeck:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/993090/Lossless_Scaling/

It was just for testing and curiosity since I'm not much of a controller player for PoE2 but I juiced the hell out of a t2 map with delirium and it usually hovered around 45FPS with drops down to 30FPS when there was just a cacophony of bullshit happening onscreen. Felt very responsive and if I really wanted to play PoE2 on the deck I would say it was pretty tolerable.

Seeing as the Gabecube is even beefier than the Deck I would guess that you could use the Lossless Scaling app to get it to feel even better than it does on the Deck.

Wondering if anyone else has had experience with that app and PoE2? I admittedly didn't do much testing. I only loaded it up out of curiosity for a map. Didn't do a whole campaign run or anything substantial but it seems pretty promising, and I had mostly default settings on - could probably get things feeling even better with further tweaks.

It's a budget pc running on older RDNA 3 hardware. Of course it won't run the game smoothly in party play. No one thought otherwise.
