Empowered Attacks - Talisman | Shapeshift | Warcry

From what I have tested before, empowered attacks via warcry only occur exclusively under the specific weapon type it was performed from.

If you have 2 different weapon sets, and warcry with the first, empowered attacks do not overlap with the second weapon set if weapon swapped.

My question is with the talisman being under a singular weapon set, but separated by shapeshifting skills, will empowered attacks carry over to different forms?

For example, if I use infernal cry as a bear, will Werewolf skills inherit the subsequent empowered attacks along with the bear form?

According to the 0.4.0 Reveal Trailer, on the werewolf section for Arctic Howl, it looks as though empowered attacks do not carry over to different shapeshifting forms.

Only caveat--
The setup for the character used in the reveal trailer is using another talisman on it's second weapon set.
