Accessibility build?

I have severe arthritis in my hands and fingers. What is a good accessibility build for 0.4?

I'm uncertain of a specific build, but a controller might alleviate the issue some (especially the ones that offer back panel button support). Microsoft offers some pretty awesome controller builds where you can customize it further with additional peripheral addons.

I use a controller. The Xbox elite I think. Anyway it does have the back buttons. The controller is great for movement but more than 1 or 2 buttons or spamming and my hands can't take it.
I have been using a witch minion build for a year now. Just hoping that there might be something different to play.

Essence drain contagion lich is my go to league starter.
Spread dots and watch everything crumble.
Not super spammy at all, nice and chill.
