Please fix the servers.

I had almost no problems this league up until around a week ago when the Network ms started to just shoot itself up to 33k and then disconnected me. No instances lost at least.
But has become more and more common as the days went by, and some people I talked to said this happened to them since league start.
I checked and PoE is the only game that this happens on, check with my provider if there was anything wrong, tried multiple online games, all while watching videos or movies and no problem. Its just in here.
I understand not everyone is having this problem. I play in Sao Pablo, and when I click the dropdown menu it was always around 40ms, this league was 120ms at least, never saw it show less than that and that worries me.
