Disappointed - Disciple of Varashta - no chaos bolt support on staffs

My 2nd league, fell in love with Essence Drain + Contagion builds.

Decided to try a Disciple of Varashta, not only cool Djinns, but being able to wield staff + focus is huge.

However, after 24 levels, discovered there is no support for chaos bolt on staves.

So this really makes the class uninteresting to me. I hate the remnants of elemental casting, thought I could do a chaos build with Disciple of Varashta.

I'm new to the forums, is there a way to submit a feature request/change? Hoping this just an oversight, choas bolt only on wands ... meh

Also, would be awesome if we had a choice of focus, sceptre or even the new talismans in off hand -
