Werewolf form attacks occasionally bugged

I don't know if its an AOE problem but about about 30% of the time werewolf attacks do not hit. This is while I'm playing from the right side of the passive tree while specced into accuracy nodes. The misses become more apparent in maps with more objects within small rooms/hallways.

Can we possibly have tiny bit more AOE with these attacks?

Noticed this on the Disciple of Varashta ascendacy, the genies have trouble spawning on the correct location in small corridors and doors, you click in one place and they show up in another place wasting the skill
