Sekhemas Silver Chalice boon not working

After purchasing the Silver Chalice, it doesn't seem to trigger like it did last league. I've tried purchasing minor boons as well as attaining boons through the Pledge, but the Silver Chalice stays unactivated in my minor boons inventory.

This is happening to me as well, super annoying
