poe2 servers unplayable

your servers constantly spike in latency sometimes when i enter a map. it's so bad i think i'm going to ask my credit card company to reverse the changes.. this is not just bad but you aren't doing anything to acknowledge the server problems. this constantly causes me to die to basic mobs because of the lag and i am so sick of it.

at the very least you shouldn't incur an XP PENALTY ON THE PLAYER for server side problems! this is so unreasonable and unfair to things well beyond the player control. plus if this is "early access" why do you even need an xp penalty for this anyway for anything other than making it so players play longer?
