Game Crashed After Trial Bossfight locked out of trial after restart lost all loot

I just killed the Trialmaster, was standing in the arena waiting for his loot, when he died my game crashed, after relogging i was back at the entrance of the Trial with no way to get back in and get any of the loot.
Not only did i lose my time spend on the trial, but also around 100ex for the door fragments to unlock the fight and all the loot he dropped.

Is there any way to get ingame support to retrive the loot he dropped?
pls help
