Why doesn't Increased Armour while Shapeshifted apply to Honor?

I get a lot more Armour while I'm shapeshifted, from 81% in human to 88%, then armor per rage I'll get up to 90%

Yet when I swap to human form in a trial, I have more max honor then my bear form?????

Furthermore when my armor starts scaling with my rage doesn't affect honor at all

Really think this should apply to honor in trials
