Unable to enter Kingsmarch

As the title I cannot enter Kingsmarch with my main character - Is_It_Cake.
I get an error message:

Disconnected
Failed to connect to instance.

It boots me to the login screen.


I can however go to Kingsmarch on my other character - Im_Not_Cake.


it makes no sense and I have tried everything to resolve this, flushing DNS, VPN and nothing.

Not sure it helps but when logged back in last I dig the /bug thing;
