Massive drop fps

Hello, I'm experiencing massive FPS drops during the game. Sometimes it stabilizes around 60 FPS, but frequently it only stays at 20-30 FPS. I've already lowered the game quality, followed some online tutorials like clearing the shader cache, increased the shader size to 100GB, and other things. It's really difficult to enjoy the game with this problem.

My PC has 16GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 6GB, a 13th generation Core i5 processor, and the game is installed on an SSD. I would appreciate any help.
