Primed indicators are nearly impossible to see in most situations

Outside of a clean single target fight the primed indicator for freeze is almost impossible to see when the target is chilled or there is even the slightest amount of visual clutter.

I wont even complain about the impossible small window of opportunity to proc as the primed skills seem to be a 'perfect strike' type of mechanic. But if this is the intention then at least give us a chance to actually see the damn indicator.

Possible solutions...

1. Change the size of the icon.
2. Adjust the color so it's more visible against the base effect.
3. Move the indicator to be above the target and not over it.
