Unplayable even on kinda high end rig

Build is explode reap/corrupted blood elementalist.
Everytime i go in too a big pack or not even, especially on 60-100% delirium map
50% of the times i get disconnected.

I have tried everything i could find on internet reddit etc etc.
I tried Lockstep and prespective.
C-states turned off. Overclocking everything.
Delete shader folders in the game folder.
Perfomance power plan.
Disabling the nvidia high def and virtual audio from device manager.
I have disable everything from the in game options target frame rate 30.
triple-buffering off
vsync off
antialiasing low
upscale NIS
Trilinear filtering
everything else disabled or on low.
Dynamic culling off and on

Intel 13700k
RAM DDR5 kingston 5600mhz 64gb
GPU Msi Geforce RTX 3080

Any other ideas cause i am wasting so much time in crashes relogs and researching the whole fing internet.

Does this only happen in deli and have you tried removing all MTX?

Everything that has to do with high monster count like deli or beyond, altars. I never use MTX.
