Lag and crashes

After one these last patches (i dont know which one exactally) i have been lagging and crashing a lot, even the supposed fixes didn't help. I wasn't having this problem before and now it's becoming unplayable, lag all the time, random crashes etc...

I'm not very knowleadgeable at the topic so i don't know ehat's going on, tried lowering the graphics but successes

Does any captain here that knows about this stuff cares to explain? Is there even something i can do?

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13650HX (2.60 GHz)
16 Gb RAM
GeForce RTX 4060

I am having similar issues... half a dozen times a night, latency meter scales up to 15k+, then I crash and go to logon screen. I attempted deleting the cache files etc... that GGG said in an email which used to work before. But does not appear to fix anything now. But there is a general feeling for me that support just blames the PC.... and tries to put the onus on the player to troubleshoot the issues despite it being related to their game. It feels they are more focused on developing new content which is fine, however they are still no putting any priority into fixing game playability issues.
