Abyss Mobs WAY Overtuned

You want build diversity, you want build creativity, then you need tot one down Abyss Mobs a tad.
There are a couple that just near 1 shot you no matter what you do. I can sot there on my build and face tank a whole abyss, then that mob shows up and 1 shots. I designed my build to test how many 1 shots exist in Abyss, and there are quite a few. The off green laser is the worst culprit. Stun locks you and dead.

I have over 20k ehp and it's always those 1 shots from abyss monsters that kill me. Even with instant life and ES leech.

I am doing a fully party of T3 XeShet who can barely kill me yet some rare Abyss monsters are one shotting me. It's crazy.

Post is sounding like a build mistake

are you using a tablet that has " abyss monster have increased difficulty and rewards for each closed pit" ? i only got 1 shot in abyss when i used a tablet with that mod, otherwise its fine

the main problem is the dot really and it's only really a problem when they're hasted and have shroudwalking because then they just stick to you and the dot does all the work

The main thing that does a lot of damage is the kamehameha beams. Sometimes there's 3 of them aimed at you from different angles so it's not always easy to dodge.

Think it does physical and chaos damage. I haven't died yet though (almost lvl96). Been limit testing the new sorcerer.



Also there are a couple toxic combinations that get out of hand. Like the snake one that is immune for like 90% of the time. If it gets shroud walker and Amanamu's Void then it becomes a pain to deal with. It's only found underground in the abyss though.

Yup. I've been one shot this league more than all of the other leagues. By a large margin. Even after ditching my shitty pure evasion build which got one shot all the time, it's still happening now and then on an ES build. It almost always feels like complete bullshit that had no counterplay, like getting zapped by some mega green laser beam that instantly freezes me and then melts my health.

Once again, I have to say it: Defenses are a complete joke in this game. It's beyond unbalanced.
