Experience playing Shaman with Maces

Got to level 58 to use Cast on Elemental Ailment. I wanted to primarily slam with Volcanic Fissure, Shockwave Totem and Sunder in order to boost Volcano dmg. Specced into Fire/Ignite. Can't slot the SPELL Volcano into Cast on, I assume because it's channeling. That should be ignored since it's still a spell imo.

I then look at maybe continuing my Shaman/Maces with Ancestral Warrior Totem only to see that it now requires Endurance Charges to use. Hammer of the Gods requires Glory along with Ancestral Cry.

So you're saying, I can't play the Shaman the way I want to play it. And in addition you want me to basically respec my entire build in order to efficiently utilize tier 7 skills that are the most satisfying/rewarding to use? Nah, I'll just keep blasting endgame on my other build.
